SMART ROADSTER

he we have a wonderful example of the quirky but super economical Smart Roadster.

Finished in Black with the normal Tridion shell in dark Grey, the bodywork is very good for its age. The bonnet was badly faded so we have just had that painted, but overall it is in great condition and polished up well.

The car is fitted with the three spoke alloy wheels, and has just had two new front tyres for the MOT.

The Roadster has a really clever roof mechanism which all works perfectly. The cloth middle panel can be rolled back to create an open top feel like a targa, which can quickly be rolled by electrically should the weather change. Then once back, the side strakes can be removed to open the roof up further with dedicated storage for those spars under the bonnet.

Moving to the inside and the interior is finished in Orange cloth which shows no tears or major marks and makes for a funky interior completely in line with the Smart image.

The car is powered by a 700cc engine and drives through an automatic gearbox with manual override, and given the light weight gives a spirited driving experience along with super economy and low insurance.

First registered in June 2006, and owned by the current keeper since January 2007, the car carries a comprehensive service history showing it has been well cared for by its two owners as follows -

With only 2,800 miles Ince the last service the car had not been is use recently, and we had the car MOT'd whilst with us. We are happy to do an oil change before delivery, but it is basically ready to drive away.

The car has been priced well to reflect the condition, mileage and extensive history, and will come with a 6 month warranty for peace of mind..
